Chef Theresa Sanders makes up one half of Anointed Hearts and Hands and has been in the food service industry for over 30 years. She has taken her gift and experience in quality food preparation, staff excellence and guest satisfaction and rolled it all up into serving others with excellence. Theresa started her food service career at the age of 16 and learned the value of guest service and superior food satisfaction studying under Chef Jack Lucas. Chef Theresa further believes that people eat first with their eyes, which is the reason food presentation is just as important as the taste. Mama T, affectionately known by family and friends, pours her heart and passion into every dish that she prepares. Before venturing into her own catering business, she held kitchen management and sous chef positions in Sheraton Hotel, Hilton Hotel, Prestonwood Country Club (The Creek and The Hills and host of other establishments.

La Tricia Murray makes up the other half of Anointed Hearts and Hand. She grew up in the kitchen and actually started working in the kitchen with her mom, Chef Theresa at the age of 14. LaTricia’s commitment to service is unsurpassed. LaTricia believes that service and guest satisfaction are the keys to success...In any business. While watching her mom and dad at an early age, she developed her love of baking and making people happy with food.  She also learned that clients are not customers they are family.
